LDSA REC SOCCER

In the Spring of 2023, Lower Dauphin Soccer Association (LDSA) joined the Lebanon Valley Youth Soccer League (LVYSL).  The new league presents LDSA with the ability to provide additional levels of competition, guaranteed play, and new and exciting competition moving forward. 

LDSA REC is broken down into 5 age groups. 

• U9 - geared towards players born in 2016
• Games are played 7v7 on small-sided fields.

• U11 - geared towards players born in 2014 and 2015.
• Games are played 7v7 on small-sided fields. 

• U13 - geared towards players born in 2012 and 2013.
• Games are played 9v9 on small-sided fields. 

• U15 - geared towards players born 2010 and 2011.
• Games are played 9v9 on small-sided fields. 

• High School(Spring Season Only) - designed for players in high school that have a passion to play the game.
• Games are played 9v9 on small-sided fields.
• Roster sizes are limited - Register Early to Secure a Roster spot.
• Max Roster for 7v7 teams - 14
• Max Roster for 9v9 teams - 18

Fall Season runs Mid-August through October. 

Spring Season runs End of March through Early June. 

Teams are "small-sided" at this age.  Small-sided soccer allows players to develop good soccer skills through increased opportunities to have the ball during play.   The league's emphasis is on fair play, developing good soccer fundamentals and developing pride in the team and the association.
